Swollen Face Advice

In April 2023 I got very sick with sinus issues and I got tested for allergies in July of 2023. I woke up one day and my face was swollen but the swelling never went down. After testing I started immunotherapy and I was given prednisone for 60 days in September of 2023. In November of 2023 I got surgery and I started feeling better by January. Now I have no real allergy symptoms. I haven’t taken Flonase, Zyrtec, or Azalestine for a week now and I still don’t feel the allergies. I’m allergic to a lot of things both inside and outside but the immunotherapy seems to have worked. I’ve been to a dermatologist and they told me my skin looks fine. I’ve gotten bloodwork done, and everything was fine as well. I go to an ENT every month and they always tell me they don’t believe that the swelling is from allergies. Can someone tell me if the swelling is from my allergies or not? If it is from allergies could someone please give me a solution?
