It seems if I eat gluten or nuts, my feet tingle a lot for a few days and then it goes away. But now I'm into tree pollen season and my feet are tingling all the time. Does anyone else have foot tingling from allergies???
Thanks.

Hello, a pleasure to meet you.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with foot tingling during allergy season. While I can't offer medical advice, I can share my own experience. I used to struggle a lot with allergies, especially during pollen season, and it was really frustrating dealing with symptoms like sneezing, itching, and congestion.
One thing that has helped me manage my allergies better is taking allergy medication like Allegra (https://topsup24.com/buy-allegra-um.html). It helps to relieve my symptoms and allows me to go about my day without constantly feeling miserable. Of course, for me, it has been a game-changer.
I hope you find relief soon and that your allergy symptoms improve. Don't hesitate to reach out to a healthcare professional if you need further assistance or advice. Wishing you all the best on your journey to better health!

Hi. The tingling is in my feet and the front of my scalp. It will happen after I eat gluten or nuts and go away in a few days if I dont eat those things. Also, now with tree pollen season, I'm having more tingling in my feet and scalp so I'm assuming it's all related to inflammation from histamine released because of all these allergies...but no doctor has ever said that to me...drives me nuts when I'm trying to work and tingling is happening.

Hi,
I am not aware of any community members here that deal with this particular issue, but it's not unheard of to experience 'tingly feet' as a type of allergic response. Have you talked to your doctor or allergist about this? I only ask because, as I am sure you know, some allergies can actually worsen over time and can become dangerous pretty quickly. Do you ever experience any shortness of breath or itching of the throat or mouth after consuming gluten or nuts? That's just something to watch out for.
I find your symptom pretty interesting. Do you experience itching or tingling anywhere else or just your feet?
