Immunotherapy?
Has anyone tried immunotherapy? What was your experience like? Did you see any improvements in your allergy symptoms in day-to-day life?
Hi! I went through 3 years of allergy shots for dust mites, dog, and cat dander. My dust mite and dog allergies improved, but like so many others who went this route, my cat allergy did not improve.
I was able to adopt a dog 8 years ago, and my allergy and asthma symptoms are still behaving! ~ Lorene, moderator
