hi there! Welcome to the community and thanks for your question. Currently, we are in ragweed season. Ragweed allergies are also called "hay fever." 17 different types of ragweed grow in 49 states, peaks in the early morning and its pollen can travel hundreds of miles.
Grass allergies can include Bermuda, Johnson, Kentucky Bluegrass, Orchard, Sweet Vernal, and Timothy. If you have a grass allergy, you may also react to certain foods like peach, melons, celery, orange, tomato, and white potato, according to allergyasthmanetwork.org.
Have you been allergy tested recently to find out exactly which grasses or pollens you may be allergic to? This would be the best way to identify your allergens and develop a strategy to address them. I hope this helps!
