desperate search of what im allergic to
when I walk in my room it feels like something is going in my nose making it itch along with my skin.if I lay down in the room my lungs feel like they are filling up with something.when I leave clothing in the room they feel to the touch if they have only what I could call itchy static on them.i have sprayed cleaned with everything I could think of.if I take a piece of clothing that has been in the room to another it starts in that room.tried a Air purifier and that didn't work.alcohol with vinegar didn't work either.please help someone

, a good place to start would be by seeing your primary care physician and letting them know you would like some allergy testing. Some PCPs can do the basic allergy testing, while many will give you a referral to an allergist. The two basic kinds of allergy tests are the skin prick test and the patch test, which you can read a bit about here -- https://allergies.net/diagnosis. Bloodwork may also be helpful in pinpointing allergens. While uncomfortable, the skin prick test isn't bad. My son had it done and that's how we learned which environmental allergens were the most problematic for him. And, it may seem weird to get a skin test for allergies that seem to be more sinus related, but the testing does seem to work quite well, even more what may be seen as strictly sinus allergies, if that makes sense.
