Hi, !
First off, I am sorry you are experiencing these issues and still struggling to get answers. Secondly, I do not want to contradict immunologists, but I am curious what their thought process is when concluding that you don't have allergies. Some people have allergies that restrict breathing, while others experience more of what I would call topical/skin irritations, so ruling allergies out based on the lack of airway issues seems . . . premature. Have they suggested any other possible causes for your symptoms, if not allergies?
It *does* sound like your body is definitely having some type of reaction to foods you are eating, but pinpointing the "why" may be a challenge.
Are you keeping a food/symptom diary? I know it can be a pain to track every bite you eat, but it might help you see some patterns (or not). And it will give you some tangible evidence to take back to your doctor.
Also, you may have already read this information, but it covers the basics of what constitutes a food allergy and the different parts of the body it can affect -- https://allergies.net/food/symptoms. You will see that food allergies can cause low pressure, dizziness, and nausea, among other symptoms. You may ask for a referral to an allergist, if you haven't already seen one. And here's some basics on the testing that can be done for food allergies -- https://allergies.net/food/diagnosis. I would definitely keep pushing for answers, especially if you notice your symptoms worsening or spreading to even more food groups.
