, I hear you. My oldest child (now an adult) struggles with anxiety, so as much as I can understand, I do know how easily one's anxiety spiral can get triggered. I replied to you on another thread, so apologies if I am repeating myself here. If you have a therapist, they may be able to help you come up with some coping skills or mantras to help when you feel that anxiety spiking.
It's okay to listen to your body. Allergies can be really draining and if you need to rest, you need to rest. I don't know if this will help with your anxiety, but you can tell yourself, "I am listening to my body. I am doing the right thing. My allergies will pass and by listening to my body, I am helping my body and myself."
Again, if you do have a therapist, please don't hesitate to bring this up with them!
